Payment Schedule

Once your tour is being confirmed with us, and you receive a written confirmation from the company, the payment instructions are as under:

  • 50% of the tour value must be paid at the time of confirmation and you will get a written advice from the company.
  • The remaining 50% to be paid at the time of arrival in India.
  • Our representative will provide you with vouchers and complete détails of your stay at the time of your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

With regard to cancellation Indian Rides want to share with you that

  • Cancellation if done after Reservation but before 120 days of departure: we shall forfeit 10% of the value of the trip.
  • Cancellation if done before, 120 days of departure: we shall forfeit 20% of the value of the trip.
  • Cancellation if done before, 60 days of departure: we shall forfeit 30% of the value of the trip.
  • Cancellation if done before, 30 days of departure: we shall forfeit 50% of the value of the trip.
  • Cancellation if done in 15 days of departure: we shall forfeit the whole amount of the trip.

Imp. Note: The transaction charges/taxes at the time of reimbursement will be borne by the client fully.
